Announce Winners in Athelstane Picnic Raffles
Athelstane--Raffle ticket winners in the Athelstane Volunteer Fire Department Picnic drawing are announced. Taking first and $600 was Woody Glime, Green Bay; second and $400 went to Jim Andrews, Glen Ellyn, Ill.; the Stoeger 12 ga. pump camo for third place was Dulton Schultz, Oshkosh; and Stoeger 20 ga. O/U of 4th place was won by Ardy Fleischman, Athelstane.
The fifth place of $300 went to Delores Reitz, Amberg; sixth and Ruger 10/22 with scope to Shane Giese, Pound; seventh and CVA 50 cal. camo to Jim Vandenack, Athelstane; one night hotel package at Carter to Ann Tompson, Crivitz; $100 for ninth to Deb Brown, Johnson Creek; and Jodi Miller of Two Rivers got $50 for 10th place.
Northwoods Bar sold the most tickets with sales totaling $2,032. They will receive the traveling plaque for selling the most tickets for the big raffle. Other businesses and the total amount of tickets they sold are Nimrod-$416, Firelane-$222, and Brown Jug-$166.
Other bucket raffle winners were Packer autographed football to Cindy Adams, Marinette; quilt-Hunter Durian, Athelstane; bench-Steve Sterr, Milwaukee; picture-Mike Nelson, Clintonville.
The underwater TV was won by Phil Jacobs of Athelstane; remote starter-Patti Schuchart, Green Bay; and picnic table went to Jaimie Cole of Wausaukee.
