Thomas Russell Lund Thomas Russell Lund, 61, Watertown passed away at his home on Thursday, Sept. 10.
Born on Feb. 25, 1948 in Marinette he was raised on the family farm in Peshtigo and graduated from Peshtigo High School in 1966.
After serving three years in the United States Army, he married the former Kathy Cummings on Aug. 21, 1971. A maintenance superintendent for the past 25 years, he was most recently employed with Spuncast in Watertown for the last 10 years. He enjoyed traveling and cars and had a courageous, free spirit.
He is survived by his wife, Kathryn; a daughter and son, Mrs. Bret (Sheri) Pierce and Brian (Lynn) Lund, both of Lodi; two grandchildren; his mother, Connie Lund of Green Bay; a sister, Mrs. Jim (Darlene) DeGroot of Green Bay; two brothers, Daryl (Patty) of Winnie, Tex. and Duane Lund and Lori of Peshtigo; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Chris (Linda) Quellhorst of Tripoli and Peg O'Neil of Beloit; three brothers-in-law, Dennis Cummings of Mazomanie and Ray Cummings and Greg O'Neil, both of Beloit; several nieces and nephews, extended family and numerous friends and colleagues.
He was preceded in death by his father, Russell Lund; his father-in-law, Cyril Cummings and his mother-in-law, Jane O'Neil.
Visitation was held at Schmutzler-Vick Funeral Home, 500 Welsh Road, Watertown on Monday, Sept. 14 from 4 p.m. until time of the prayer service at 6:30 p.m. Funeral services were held at Richardson-Stafford Funeral Home, 780 N. Winsted Street, Spring Green at noon on Tuesday, Sept. 15, with visitation from 11 a.m. until time of the service.
