
Jacqueline A. Klass Jacqueline A. Klass, 82, of Green Bay, formerly of Marinette, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 20 at Odd Fellow Nursing Home in Green Bay.
Born in Oconto on Feb. 7, 1927, daughter of the late Joseph and Leslie (Juneau) Witeck, she married Robert Klass on June 5, 1948. He preceded her in death on March 28, 2003. She was an operator for the phone company and owned and operated Marinette Answering Service for 30 years.
She is survived by four children, Michael (Dori) Klass of Oro Valley, Ariz., Mrs. Angelo (Barbara) Perrus of Green Bay, Mrs. William (Susan) Johnston of Monroe, Va. and Patrick (Mary) Klass of Seymour; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Donald (Agnes) Witeck of Appleton; two sisters, Mrs. William (Mary Jo) Scott of San Diego, Calif. and Mrs. Chuck (Nathalie) Feifarek of San Jose, Calif. and a sister-in-law, Jillean Witeck.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Eugene Witeck, James Witeck, Marilyn Beauchamp and Gloria Cole.
Friends called at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Seymour on Monday, Oct. 26 from 9:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. with Fr. Bob Kabat officiating. Burial was in St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery, Oconto. Muehl-Boettcher Funeral Home, Seymour assisted the family.
