Coleman Booster Club Banquet
The Cougar Community Booster Club will host a banquet to raise money to help support the athletic and activities programs of the Coleman School District. The banquet will be held Aug. 20 at Romys Holiday Inn, Kelly Lake. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and dinner is at 7 p.m. Tenderloin tips and chicken will be served.
The majority of funds distributed to academic and athletic programs at Coleman Schools was raised at the banquet with support from area businesses and community members. Over the past few years the Cougar Community Booster Club raised over $85,000 and donations contributed to high school gym floor, gym banners and stage curtains, school electronic sign, Cougar sports teams equipment and uniforms, Cougar fan buses, elementary reading program, yearly scholarships and more.
There will be paddle wheel, table and bucket raffles.
Dinner is $35 and a sponsor is $100.
Advanced registration tickets will have a chance to win one of three $100 bills. All banquet ticket reservations and sponsorships received on or before Aug. 13 will be eligible. If questions call Booster Club president Don Bader at 920-737-5993.
