A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 3 at St. Johns Lutheran Church, 101 W. Main St., Gillett, for Lucille M. Rusch, 92, of Gillett.
Friends may call at the church from 1:30 p.m. until time of service. Pastor Doreen Jeffers will officiate. Kuehl Funeral Home is serving the family. She passed away on Sunday morning, Sept. 30 at the Woodlands Nursing Home of Gillett.
After working in Milwaukee and suburban Chicago during World War II, she returned to Green Bay and met Austin Rusch. The couple were married in Green Bay and later moved to Gillett, where she lived the rest of her life.
Among survivors are a son, Tom Rusch of Los Angeles; a sister, Evelyn Heim of Green Bay and many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Adelaide and Nina and four brothers, Leonard, Lou, Victor and Herbert.
