Esther A. Todzy
Esther Agnes (Lukaszewski) Todzy, 90, of Marinette passed away peacefully on Tuesday, Nov. 13.
Born March 31, 1922 in Milwaukee to Emil and Marie (Gozdeski) Lukaszewski, she spent her early years there, where she received a formal education before her marriage to Frank W. Todzy. They resided in the Town of Wagner for many years. He preceded her in death on Dec. 6, 1992.
Survivors include two daughters, Kathleen Marie (Danford) Larkin of Worchester, Mass. and Dr. Barbara (Brandi) Ann (Don E.) Phillips of Marinette; a son, Ralph (Catherine) Todzy of Marinette; seven grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; a brother, Emil (Pat) Lukaszewski; a sister, Rosemarie (Bud) Hagen and friends, Ervin and Joan Krukowski of Wausaukee.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Frank, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Bonnie Jean (Robert) Hoffmann and a sister, Evelyn (Hank) Kleir.
Friends called at Hansen-Onion-Martell Funeral Home in Marinette from 1:30 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 19, with funeral services at 4 p.m. Sister Helen Plum, SSND officiated and interment was in Forest Home Cemetery.
