Friends may call from 9 a.m. until time of the memorial service at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 21 at St. Johns Lutheran Church, Gillett, for Arnold Krause, 94, of Gillett.
Rev. Harvey H. Jeffers will officiate and interment will be in Wanders Rest Cemetery, Gillett. Kuehl Funeral Home is assisting the family. A memorial fund has been established and will be designated at a later date. He passed away Saturday, March 16.
Born March 9, 1919 in Gillett to the late William and Alma (Foelker) Krause, he married the former Evangeline Zill on Sept. 6, 1939 at the former Immanuel Lutheran Church, Town of Gillett. He was a member of St. Johns Lutheran Church, Gillett and past president of the church council.
Surviving are two daughters, Barbara (Donald) Kroening and Judy (Robert) Ondik, both of Gillett; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Harvey Krause and five sisters, Margaret Schmidt, Esther Curtis, Genevieve McCarthy, Melba Gillette and Lorraine Lemorande.
