George W. Noel
George William Bill Noel, 81, of Marinette passed away Sunday, March 24 at Bay Area Medical Center, Marinette.
Born June 20, 1931 in Green Bay to Clarence and Esther Noel, he resided in Green Bay for most of his life.
A 1951 graduate of Green Bay West High School, he went on to serve in the United States Navy for two years. In 1955 he married the former Jean Coniff and was employed for 38 years as a welder for Northwest Engineering.
His wife, Jean survives, along with four sons, Daniel (Rita) and Patrick (Gerri), who both live in Colorado and Michael (Linda) and Thomas (Judy); six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren and two brothers, John Bob (Nancy) and Richard.
He was preceded in death by a brother, James.
Private entombment took place in Fort Howard Cemetery and Mausoleum in Green Bay.
