David S. Becker
Private graveside services were held for David S. Becker, of Niagara with burial in Breitung Township Cemetery, Quinnesec, Mi. Jacobs Funeral Home Niagara Chapel served the family. He passed away Thursday, April 18 at Aurora BayCare in Green Bay.
Born Feb. 23, 1942 in Milwaukee, he was the son of the late George and Geraldine (Morgon) Becker. He graduated from Custer High School in Milwaukee and while living there worked at A.O. Smith Corporation as a heavy equipment operator for 30 years, retiring in 1991.
He married Donna Nault on May 26, 1962 in Milwaukee and after his retirement they moved to Niagara. He then worked for Maryhill Manor as plant operations manager for many years, retiring in 2007. He enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with his grandchildren, family and many friends.
His wife, Donna survives, along with a son, David (Kristi) Becker of Niagara; a daughter, Frances (Paul) Gunsburg of West Bend; five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Cynthia Pease.
