Sharon A. Ronan, 74, of Goodman, passed away Thursday, May 2 at Dickinson County Memorial Hospital.
Born May 5, 1938, in Goodman, daughter of the late Arnold and Dorothy (Jacobson) Kitzman, at age three, she moved with her family to Chicago where she grew up and attended school.
In 1956 she married Charles Ronan in Chicago, they resided in Montgomery, Ala., Rantoul, Ill., and many other places as she traveled extensively with her husband while he served in the United States Air Force. In 1994, they moved back to Goodman.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed watching television and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include her husband, Charles; a son, Larry (Sue) Ronan of Newport News, Va.; two daughters, Patricia and Linda Ronan, both of Goodman; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Private family graveside services were held. Burial was held in Glenwood Cemetery in Goodman.
The Jacobs Funeral Home of Iron Mountain assisted the family.
