THE CITY REBORN FROM THE ASHES OF AMERICA'S MOST DISASTROUS FOREST FIRE
Village Accepts Donations for July 6 Fireworks Display
The Village of Wausaukee is again organizing the annual community fireworks to be held on Saturday, July 6 at the Steve Stumbris, Sr. Memorial Park.
Last year's event was a great success and was appreciated by the community because it provided excitement and enjoyment in what was and continues to be very difficult times.
It is hoped that this year's event will be even bigger and better as the firework selection will include ones that are larger and more spectacular.
Checks to support this year's Independence Day Fireworks display can be made payable to the Village of Wausaukee and mailed to: Village of Wausaukee Fireworks Fund", P.O. Box 475, Wausaukee, WI 54177.
Village of Wausaukee Park Committee members will also pick up local donations. To arrange for a pick-up, call 715-856-5341.
