Wanda M. Jashinsky
Wanda Mae Jashinsky, 88, of Pound passed away on Friday, June 14.
Born on May 23, 1925 to the late Oscar Louis and Louise (Lewis) Svenson, she married James E. Jashinsky, sr. on June 18, 1941. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who cherished her family.
Survivors include four sons, James (Carol) Jashinsky, jr., Gene Jashinsky, Leonard (Alice) Jashinsky and Gary (Val) Jashinsky; a daughter, Cheryl Jashinsky; a sister, Alberta Mackie; 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James; a grandson, Donald (Bozo) Jashinsky; four sisters, Betty Millette, Paige Erickson, Jean Strom and Alice Jackson and a brother, Oscar L. Svenson.
Relatives and friends may call at the Grover Community Church, Church Rd., Grover from 12 noon on Thursday, June 20 until time of services at 2 p.m. Pastor Rod Efta will officiate and interment will be in the First Baptist Cemetery, Pound.
