Timothy John Meade, 22, of Marinette passed away Friday June 28 in Shawano County as a result of a hit and run accident.
Born Aug. 12, 1990 in Escanaba, Mi. he was a 2009 graduate of Marinette High School and finished a welding course at NWTC, Marinette. He worked in construction and as a manager at Shopko for five years. He was very social with a lot of friends, loved his family and could light up the room with just his smile. He loved hunting and fishing and enjoyed playing and watching football.
He is survived by his parents, Eileen and Steve Edwards of Marinette; three sisters, Bobbie Jo Knaus of Oconto and Sienna Edwards and Autumn Edwards, both of Marinette; maternal grandmother, Kathy Boye of Daggett, Mi.; paternal grandfather, Robert Edwards of Marinette and many members of the extended family.
Family and friends gathered on Tuesday, July 2 at Anderson Diehm Funeral Home, Stephenson, Mi. from 2 p.m. until the funeral service time at 6 p.m. with Pastor Damian Garcia officiating. Burial was Wednesday, July 3 at 10 a.m. in the Stephenson Township Cemetery.
