Suzanne C. McKinnon, 73, of Menominee lost her battle with cancer on Thursday, Aug. 15th at the Luther Home with friends by her side.
She was born on Dec. 28, 1939 to the late Leo and Olga (Frank) Sielski in Bay City, Mich., graduating from high school there. She married Hector A. McKinnon on Aug. 18, 1993 in Bay City and he preceded her in death on Jan. 22, 2010.
She is survived by a daughter, Penny (Dave) Story; three grandchildren and her special family friends, Mark, Petra, and Alicia Rodriquez of Menominee.
In addition to her parents and her husband, Hector, she was preceded in death by an aunt, Louise Frank.
Memorial services will be held at the Cadieu-Thielen Funeral Home in Menominee on Saturday, Aug. 31st at 11 a.m. with Pastor Louis Hague officiating. Friends may gather just prior to the service.
