James S. Mabry, 73, of Wausaukee, passed away with his family by his side at his home on Friday, Aug. 30th .
He was united in marriage to Anna (Ivaska) on Sept. 24, 1969 in Elmhurst, Ill. and started working at Jewel Foods in Chicago for 16 years and transferred to S. C. Johnson Wax & Son in Racine from 1970 until retirement.
He enjoyed fishing, boating, waterskiing, traveling and especially cooking. He was an avid newspaper reader, Chicago Bears fan, enjoyed playing the organ and entertained many with his music. His deep faith sustained him and he will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his wife, Anna; three children, Kathryn (Craig) Eichinger and Jamie Mabry of Green Bay and Thomas (Marianne) Mabry of Acworth, Ga. and four grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a granddaughter, Ashley.
Family and friends called from 9 a.m. until time of funeral services at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 3rd at Community Lutheran Church in McAllister. Rev. Paul Hueter officiated. Messar-Roubal Funeral Home of Wausaukee assisted the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Unity Limited Partnership, 2366 Oak Ridge Circle, De Pere, WI 54115.
