Brett M. Marquardt, 22, of Enfield, New Hampshire and recently of Lena, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 31st as a result of an automobile accident.
The son of Leo and Rhonda (Bowen) Marquardt, he was born on March 21, 1991 in Oconto County and worked for a landscaping business in New Hampshire and recently for Gary Jenquine Farms in Lena. He loved skateboarding, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his father, Leo Marquardt of Enfield, NH; his mother, Rhonda Marquardt of Vermont; a brother, Brandon Marquardt of New Hampshire; a nephew; grandmothers, Marie Marquardt of Lena and Nancy Bowen of Vermont, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Melvin Marquardt.
Relatives and friends called at Rhodes-Charapata Funeral Home in Lena from 9 a.m. Wednesday, Sept 4th until time of services at 11 a.m. Deacon Peter Gard officiated. A memorial fund in lieu of flowers was established.
