Many Cases in Coleman Court
In Joint Municipal Court session for the Village of Coleman and Town of Pound recently, the following individuals were found guilty of issuing worthless checks: Nicole Ricco, 31, Pound, was fined $1,106.50 for four counts, and Charles Wutkowski, Jr., 33, Pound, was fined $184.60. Judge Clifford Patz presided.
Speeding fines of $114 for 16-19 mph over the limit, went to Joseph Steeno, 20, Pound, Kelly Crandall, 41, Coleman, Timothy Oestreich, 18, Peshtigo, Margaret Vieth, 59, Pound, Rodney Kostreva, 70, Pound, Lisa Lesperance, 36, Pound, and Carla Bushmaker, 52, Crivitz. Jesse Dufeck, 16, Pound, was also charged going 16-19 over the speed limit, but due to the severity of the situation was fined $164.40.
Fines $88.80 for speeding, 11-15 mph over the limit wereassessed to Jonathan Wieting, 23, Crivitz, Darlene Olson, 53, Coleman, was also charged an additional $114 for operating without insurance and was required to bring in proof of insurance in order to avoid additional fines, Johanna Maedke, 32, Coleman, Rebecca Kostreva, 23, Coleman and Mark Koehler, 50, Green Bay.
Speeding fines of $139.20 for 20-24 mph over the speed limit were Bridgett Soderbeck, 35, Pound, and Brandon Walmer, 22, Peshtigo.
Guilty of theft, Hope Beaverson, 25, Coleman was fined $414, Heather Adamski, 25 Pound was fined $197.04, and Nichole Broderick, 29, Coleman paid $139.20.
Blade Boettcher, 21, Coleman was found guilty of operating while revoked, theft-two counts, and damage to property. He was fined $2,146.56
McKenna Statezney, 18, Crivitz, was charged $164.40 for speeding 25-29 mph over the limit.
Fines of $177 for disorderly conduct went to Roger Rymer, 54, and Troy Blanchard, 43, both of Coleman,
Brian Ermis Sr., 39, Pound, was found guilty of disorderly conduct and charged $429.
Lacy Hendricks, 20, Pound, and Jordan Micheels, 18, Crivitz, were found guilty of underage alcohol and fined $177.
William Guffy, 73, Coleman, was charged $177 for having a dog at large.
Jacob Magee, 18, Coleman, was fined $88.80 for non-registration.
Five just cause hearings were scheduled with payment plans being set. Two case reviews were held with the fines being paid in full and the cases closed. A bench warrant was issued for Sheri Boyd, 46, Pound, in the amount of $443.
