Phillip H Dumas, Sr
Phillip H. (Phil) Dumas Sr., 63, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, Sept. 14 in Hudson, Fla.
Born May 26,1950 in Oconto to Daniel Dumas Sr. and Phyllis (Smith) Dumas, he grew up in the Lena area and attended school there.
He worked as a maintenance man at Bond Pickle Factory in Oconto until his retirement and then moved to Florida in 2008, where he loved the warm weather. He enjoyed watching old movies and socializing with his buddies.
He is survived by a son, Phillip Dumas Jr (Maria); a daughter, Jennifer Weddel (Larry); five grandchildren; a brother, Daniel Dumas Jr. (Pat); three sisters, Alice Blood (David), Barbara Bubolz, Patricia Temple (Ronald) and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a half sister; a stepson; two nieces; a nephew and some very good friends.
A graveside service will be held at St Charles Cemetery in Lena on Saturday, Oct. 19 at 11 a.m. with a celebration of life to follow at McQuire's in Lena.
