Nadine D. Schahczinski, 75, of Menominee passed away on Thursday, Sept. 26 at Heartland Manor.
She was born on Dec. 17, 1937, to the late Ralph and Clarabell (Rosemeyer) Mitchell in Fennimore.
Among survivors are four daughters, Cheryl Schmidt, of Huntington, Ind., Lois (Robert) Cook, of Marinette, Angela (Joe) Greising, of Eden Prairie, Minn. and Rose Marie Daughtery, of Menominee; three sons, Jim (Angie), of Cedar River, Gary (Gail), of Stephenson and Glen (Kathy), of Ingalls; 18 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters, Louis Curler of Muskego and Rebecca Miller of Aveano, Italy and eight brothers, Larry (Rosemary), of Pewaukee, Marvin (Lori), of Freedom, Paul (Judy) and Richard, both of Villa, John (Nancy), of West Allis, Mike (Brenda), of Union Grove, Bill (Doreen), of Waukesha and Tom (Sam), of West Allis.
She was preceded in death by a son, Ronald and a brother, Roger.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Nov. 9 at the Cedar River Town Hall. Family and friends may gather from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Burial will be in the Cedar River Cemetery. Cadieu-Thielen Funeral Home is assisting the family. Any expressions of sympathy and kindness may be directed toward the Barb Palzewic Hope Memorial Relay and can be directed to a family member.
