Arrest 4 For Drugs In U.S. 41 Car Stops
Four persons were arrested for drugs Saturday, Nov. 9, as the result of three law enforcement agencies targeting illegal activities on U.S. 41 in Marinette County, according to Marinette County Sheriff Jerry Sauve. Involved were the Marinette County Sheriff Department, Marinette Police Department and Wisconsin State Patrol.
Sauve reported that a result of the traffic stops, officers seized heroin, crack cocaine, hydrocodone and adderall. Arrested and lodged in the county jail were:
Irene Magdelina Mendez, 49, Lena, for possession of Schedule 2 narcotics and probation violation.
Mark Anthony Hughart, 59, Marinette, for possession of Schedule 2 narcotics and operating a vehicle after license revocation.
Christopher M. Noel, 29, Marinette for possession with intent to deliver heroin, keeper of a drug vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Brittany Nicole Boucher, 22, Menominee for possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of a cocaine base and possession of drug paraphernalia.
