George W. Johnson
George W. Johnson, 85, of Wausaukee, passed away Friday, November 15, 2013, at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay.
He was born July 24, 1928 in Springfield, Illinois to Hilmer and Eva Johnson. George served in the United States Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. His wife, Betty C. Johnson, preceded him in death. He resided in Illinois for most of his life before moving to Wausaukee several years ago.
Survivors include two daughters and grandchildren; daughter, Amber L. Schwittay (Conan McNaughton) and her children, Eva, Bear and Brandi; and daughter, Katherine Briggs and her children, Wayne JB, Jr. and Leeha; his former son-in-law, Leonard Schwittay; and special family pets, dog, Betsy, and cat, Bobo.
