Wausaukee Launches Community Ed Program
The Wausaukee School District is launching a Community Education Program that will offer classes to everyone in Wausaukee and surrounding communities. The goal is to involve everyone in the neighboring areas to integrate a better sense of community within the school district. Plans are to have a variety of classes for each age group to choose from. Classes will range from youth dance to adult fitness classes to craft classes and more.
Currently classes are being developed for winter/spring 2014, but a few classes may start soon as possible If interested in teaching notify Karla Koester at 715-927-0193.
A meeting for anyone who would like to be involved in the development of program will be held in the Media Center at the Wausaukee School on Tuesday, Dec. 10 at 5 pm.

Wisconsin lawmakers passed a bill with a 76-22 vote that would increase the maximum speed limit to 70 mph in approved areas. Do you agree that the speed limit should be increased?
