Linda L. Jarvey
Linda L. Jarvey, 64, of Oconto, passed away Friday, Nov. 22 at her home.
Born Jan. 3, 1949 in Oconto to the late Lawrence and Elnore (Noel) LaViolette, she married Marvin Jarvey Sr. on April 1, 1967. She worked for NEWCAP for 28 years, retiring in 2012. She enjoyed gambling, especially playing the slots.
She is survived by her husband, Marvin Jarvey Sr., Oconto; mother-in-law, Mary Alice Jarvey, Oconto; four children, Marvin (Maryann) Jarvey Jr., Oconto; Melissa Jarvey, Nevada; Tina (Lloyd) Woodworth, Oconto; Michael Budger (Annie) Jarvey, Peshtigo; four sisters, Beatrice LaViolette and Laurie Noack, both of Wausaukee; Janet (Clifford) Rudolph, Oconto; Betty (Robert) Lapinski, Oregon and three brothers, Ronald (Maryann) LaViolette, Wausaukee; Roland Butch LaViolette, Sturgeon Bay and James (Bonnie) LaViolette, Crivitz; 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; special friends, Sharon and John Wusterbarth and also many relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Cochenet and a brother-in-law, LeRoy Noack.
The family received relatives and friends at the Gallagher Funeral Home, Oconto, from 11 a.m. until time of funeral services at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 26. Pastor Bobbie Skelly officiated with burial at Evergreen Cemetery.
