Margaret Peggy Elizabeth England, 79, of Peshtigo passed away Saturday, Dec. 7 at Bay Area Medical Center.
Born Sept. 24, 1934, the daughter of the late James and Margaret (Raby) Hart, she married Robert C. England Jr. on Sept. 17, 1955 at Zion Lutheran Church in Peshtigo. He preceded her in death on Jan. 24, 2009.
She was a loving, caring person who enjoyed cooking, entertaining and making her family and friends feel special at her events. Her hobbies were sewing, knitting, casino trips, puzzles, shopping and movies.
She is survived by four daughters, Debbie (John) Behringer, of Marinette, Janet (Ron) Garrison, of Appleton, Julie (Rick) Hill, of Livermore, Ca. and Cindy England, of Phoenix, Az.; four grandchildren; a sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Betty and Harvey Seefeldt; a special friend, Catherine Nelson and many lifelong friends and relatives.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Carlton Hart and a sister-in-law, Maryls Hart.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, Dec. 12, at Zion Lutheran Church in Peshtigo from 10 a.m. until time of services at 1 p.m. with Pastor Luke Myslik officiating. Burial will be in Mays Corners Grover Cemetery. Berth and Rosenthal Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
