Dennis A. Polzin, 71, Crivitz resident, passed away Friday, Dec. 6 at Bay Area Medical Center in Marinette.
Born April 22, 1942 in the Town of Grover, he was employed by Crivitz Ski Factory years ago.
Surviving are two children, Elizabeth Polzin, of Green Bay and Tracy (Wayne) Woodman, of Sparta; five grandchildren; his mother, Elizabeth Polzin, of Loomis; four sisters, Betty Jo Polzin and Joy Polzin, both of Loomis, Donna Seefeldt, of Middle Inlet and Dawn (Dan) Mertz, of Wausaukee; a brother, Darrell, of Beaver (Judy, of Crivitz); nieces, nephews and friends.
He was preceded in death by two sons, Dennis and Mark; his father, Alfred; a sister, Bonnie and a brother, Terrance Earl.
Friends called at Grace Lutheran Church in Crivitz Tuesday, Dec. 10, from 4 p.m. until time of service at 6 p.m. Rev. Jonathan Zietlow officiated with burial in Forest Home Cemetery in Marinette. Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
