THE CITY REBORN FROM THE ASHES OF AMERICA'S MOST DISASTROUS FOREST FIRE
Richard Plumber Dopp, 69, of Crivitz passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday Dec. 16.
Born in Waupaca Feb. 29, 1944, son of the late Harold and Alice (Abrahamson) Dopp, he enjoyed pontooning, construction work, remodeling houses, keeping busy and taking walks with his dog, Jacob. He loved shaking dice and spending time with his friends, but most importantly, he enjoyed spending time with his wife and family.
He is survived by his wife, Mary; five children, Tammy Dopp, Heidi Dopp, Shannon (Tammy) Dopp, Wendy (Bob) Axtell and Amanda Dopp; a step-son, Mike (Amy) Rasmussen; seven grandchildren; a great-grandchild on the way; a brother, Jeff (Mary) Dopp and a sister-in-law, Betty Lou Dopp.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Messar-Roubal Funeral Home of Wausaukee is assisting the family with arrangements.
