Barbara A. Lindstrom, 74, of Carney passed away Monday, Dec. 30 at Pinecrest Medical Care Facility with family by her side.
Born Aug. 22, 1939 in Stephenson, daughter of the late Paul and Louise (Giguere) Beaudoin, on March 4, 1961 she married Kenneth Lindstrom at the church parsonage in Carney.
A homemaker, she devoted her entire life to her family and spending time with them. She enjoyed playing cards, shopping and watching her shows on TV.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth, of Carney; three children, Beverly Lindstrom, Carney, Brian Lindstrom, Daggett and Judy (Jessie) Conley, Powers; a grandchild; three sisters, Martha (Gerry) Gronmark, Carney, Dorothy (Joe) Limas, Illinois and Marge (Jerry) Hayden, California; four sisters-in-law, Elaine (Jay) Gorman, Menominee, Doris (Larry) Green, California, Carolyn (George) Tichelaar, Hermansville and June (Harold) Graves, Washington; two brothers-in-law, Earl (Lillian) Lindstrom, Carney and Bob Lindstrom, Chicago and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Ken Beaudoin; a sister, Betty Frisque; a brother-in-law, Vernon Lindstrom and a sister-in-law, Joyce Crockett.
Friends called from 1 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 3 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 3 at the Carney Free Church in Carney with Pastor Gary Page officiating. A luncheon followed the service with burial in the Carney Church cemetery in the spring. Anderson Diehm Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
