Joey Pickett Benefit, Meat Raffle at Crivitz March 15
A benefit-meat raffle will be held Saturday, March 15 at 2 p.m. for Joey Pickett and his family. It will take place at Thunder Mountain Valley Bar, W12960 Tracy Lane, Crivitz.
Featured items for the raffle are 1/2 hog, multiple meat packages, turkeys, seafood, smoked turkey breast, various items and gift certificates from local businesses, beef tenderloins, authenticated Super Bowl football, pork tenderloins and bacon. There will also be many great items from local communities.
Ten year old Joey, a 4th grader in the Crivitz School is the son of Jim and Sheri Pickett. He was diagnosed with a cancerous brain tumor on Nov. 25.
