Coleman School Board April 21
The Coleman School Board will meet Monday, April 21 at 7 p.m. in the Board Room.
The agenda includes Presidents welcome, meeting called to order, roll call, consent items of agenda, minutes, vouchers and financial report followed by comments from the public and reports of principal, superintendent, District spotlight, and recognition of board members years of service.
Discussed will be 5th grade wrestling, Joedy and Amy Bintz recognition, ball complex dedication, gym sound system, WPS Gate Station, school calendar and swearing in of newly appointed board.
Matters requiring action are retirement of Sharon Rich, resignation of Jodi Karas, 2014-15 course offerings, elimination of 1st grade position donation from Bucksaw Tree Service, gym sound system and hirings and resignations.
Items, time and place of next meeting on May 19 will be finalized.
A closed session will follow on preliminary notices of consideration of nonrenewal of teacher. The Board will reconvene to open session with possible action regarding issuance of preliminary notice of consideration of nonrenewal to teach for the reason of reduction in staff.
