Lu Anna (Kassien) Wilson, 60, Denmark, died unexpectedly on May 25, with family by her side. Born on Oct. 22, 1953, in Woodruff, she is the daughter of Richard Kassien, Sr., and the late Joan Larson. She was a 1972 graduate of Lena High School. On July 22, 2001, she married Wayne Wilson in Eagle River.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne; two children, William (Kitty) Dupuis, Crystal River, FL, and Cheri (Shan) Egan, Waverly, Ia.; two grandchildren; father, Richard Kassien, Sr., Merrill; two brothers, and one sister-in-law, Louis (Emily) Kassien, Merrill, and Shawn Kassien, Green Bay; one sister and brother-in-law, Kathleen (Gary, Sr.) Lade, Oconto; two sisters-in-law, Rhonda Kassien, Lena, and Shirley Van Spankeren, Green Bay; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Joan Larson; two brothers, Richard Kassien, II, and Theodore Van Spankeren.
Visitation will be at Malcore (East) Funeral Home, 701 N. Baird St.,Green Bay, Friday, June 6, from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
