Kimberly Clark Corporation of Marinette, and their employees raised $100,000 for the 2014 campaign for the Tri City United Way, according to Mill Manager Dan Macke. Cathy Joy of Kimberly Clark presented Rose OHara of United Way with with a check on Wednesday, June 25. Campaign results included employee contributions of $48,942,56 plus a company match totaling $96,175.12, rummage sales $5401.50, and community cash donations of $11,275. Also movie sponsor for food pantries donated 58 cases of food. Tri City Area United Way expresses deep appreciation for all the work and support by Kimberly Clark and their employees. In 2014 they were the first to be given the TC AUW Summit Award given to a business who exemplifies community support above and beyond, according to OHara.
