Andrew M. Surk, 76, Luxemburg, formerly of Peshtigo, passed away on June 17 at Aurora Hospital in Green Bay, with his wife, Paulette, at his side.
He enjoyed camping, fishing, golfing and playing his button accordion, and times spent with his friends.
Survivors include three children, Sally (Steve) Jerovetz, Andrew (Mick) Surk, Jr., and Ken Surk; five step-children, Dave Becker, Cheryl Kaster, Debbie Briggs, Christine LaCrosse, and Dan Becker; four brothers, Stanley, Frank, John and Billy; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
His parents, Andrew and Anna Surk and a brother, Joe, preceded him in death.
There will be a celebration of his life on Sept. 6 at noon at Quietwoods South Camping Resort in Brussels. Simply Cremation of Green Bay is assisting the family.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, a memorial fund has been established in his name at Simply Cremation, 243 N. Broadway, Green Bay, WI 54303.
