Joan C. Lutri
Joan C. (Santy) Lutri, 80, of Marinette, passed away Wednesday, June 25 at Sun Valley Homes in Marinette.
Born Jan. 6, 1934, to Dale and Florence (Neville) Santy in Marinette, she graduated from Our Lady of Lourdes High School in 1952 and received her LPN Certificate at Bay de Noc College. She moved to Milwaukee and married Allen Vogt in Milwaukee, returning to the area in 1959. He preceded her in death. She worked at Badger Piston and Scott Paper and later married Lawrence Lutri. He also preceded her in death. In 1990 she moved to Green Bay and returned in 2002. She enjoyed arts, crafts and feeding the squirrels.
She is survived by her daughter, Debbie (Dale) Tickler, of Wallace; a son, Louis (Zeano) Lutri, of South Carolina; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husbands, Allen and Lawrence, she was preceded in death by an infant son, Peter; a sister, Dolress Everson and two brothers, Dale and Joseph Santy.
Visitation will be held at Cadieu Thielen Funeral Home in Menominee on Sunday, July 13 from 1 p.m. until time of the funeral services at 3 p.m. Deacon Jerome Thetreau will officiate with burial in Forest Home Cemetery.
