Elizabeth Betty Jane Brown, 89, formerly of Menominee, Mi., passed away Monday, July 21 at Rennes Heath Care Center-West.
Born Aug. 9, 1924 in Menominee, to George and Agnes (Hornick) Wizner, she married Frank Brown, Jr. in February of 1943 and he preceded her in death in 1981. A member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church, she was a homemaker her whole life.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda (Dale) Poquette, of Townsend; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren .
She was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia and a nephew, Wayne Ryan.
Visitation was held Wednesday, July 23 at Cadieu Thielen Funeral Home from 9:30 a.m. until time of Prayer Service at 11 a.m. Fr. Ryan Ford presided with burial in Riverside Cemetery, Menominee.
