Albert D. Enderby
Albert D. "Al" Enderby, 77, of Marinette, passed away Saturday evening, Aug. 9 at his home.
Born in Marinette Nov. 10, 1936, to Harry and Martha (Konyn) Enderby, he attended Marinette High School and served four years in the United States Marine Corps, enlisting in 1953. He married the former, Nancy Schuster in Stephenson, Mi. in 1963. He worked in Milwaukee at American Motors and at two cement plants until returning to Marinette in 1989. He was then employed at Silvan Industries and the car wash on Cleveland Ave.
He belonged to the NRA and the American Legion. He was interested in the Civil War and reading history books.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy; four children, Darrel Enderby, of Menominee, Lori (Gregg) Bruce, of Milwaukee, David (Mary) Enderby, of South Milwaukee and Lisa (Aaron) Johnson, of Madison; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; a brother, Ronald (Donna) Enderby, of Marinette and a sister, Joan (Dale) Squier, of Kewaskum.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a younger brother, Harold.
Friends called at Hansen Onion Martell Funeral Home in Marinette from 2 p.m. until time of funeral services at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 12. Deacon Jerome Thetreau officiated with burial in Forest Home Cemetery.
