Alice Rouer, 95, of the Town of Little River, passed away Aug. 7.
Born Aug. 28, 1918, in the Town of Grover, she was employed at Signal Electric until she married Gilbert Rouer. They farmed in the Town of Little River until they retired. She was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church, Lena.
She is survived by two daughters, Joyce Sterling, De Pere and Anita (Harry) Berendt, Lena; two sons, Ronald Butch (Jean) and James, both of Oconto; a sister, Laura Nietupske, Chicago; two sisters-in-law, Delores Schwittay, Peshtigo and Joyce Rouer, Lena; many grandchildren; great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Gilbert; two sons, Rusty and Tom; a daughter, Jane Trepanier; a granddaughter, Judy Rouer; two sons-in-law, Dave Sterling and Jerome Trepanier; brothers and sisters.
Relatives and friends called Monday, Aug. 11 at St. Anne Catholic Church, Lena from 9 a.m. until time of a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Fr. Bob Karuhn officiated, with burial in St. Charles Catholic Cemetery, Lena. Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home in Lena.
