Philip K. Radtke, D.D.S.
Philip K. Radtke, D.D.S., passed away Saturday, Aug. 2.
He graduated from Algoma High School and attended Carroll College prior to enrolling in dental school. He was a root canal specialist with PKR Endodontics in Michigan City, Ind., for the past 17 years. He was a Diplomat with the American Board of Endodontics and Northwestern University Dental School Alumni. A veteran, he served in the United States Army Dental Corp for 20 years. He was an accomplished fly-fisherman, hunter and a gentle caring soul.
He is survived by his wife, Lori; his mother, Irene Radtke, of Algoma; a sister, Valerie Radtke, of Glendale; a brother, Paul Radtke and Donna Hansen, of Crivitz; many nieces; nephews; relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Colonel Richard Radtke.
Private family services will be held at a later date. Starks Family Funeral Homes and Cremation Services assisted the family with arrangements. A memory donation to the Lustgarden Foundation for Pancreatic Cancer Research (www.lustgarden.org) would be appreciated.
