2 Variance Hearings Set
Crivitz--Two petitions for variances to property in the Town of Stephenson will be held Wednesday, Sept. 10, starting at 6 p.m. in the Stephenson Town Hall, according to Elaine Olson, clerk.
The 6 p.m. hearing will be held on the petition filed by Robert Meyer, Manitowoc, for property located at W12006 Dahleen Lane, Crivitz. He is requesting a variance for approval of existing structural set backs as the distance to the lot line is not within the Town of Stephenson ordinance regulations because of difficulty between the original monumental lot lines and theoretical 40 lines.
The second public hearing will be held at 6:30 p.m. on the petition of Roy Atkins, Fond du Lac, for property located at W12909 Fabian Lane, Crivitz. He is requesting a variance of 15-feet because of land concerns for a second home to be built in the near future.
A quorum of the Stephenson Town Board will be present at the hearings.
