Margaret Katherine (Langer) Christensen
Margaret Katherine (Langer) Christensen, 80, of Menominee, Mi., passed away Saturday, Aug. 30 at Bay Area Medical Center.
Born June 30, 1934 in Marinette, to Paul and Ethel (Johnson) Langer, she was a homemaker, enjoyed crocheting, playing cards and was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
Survivors include her children, Laurel (Jim) Powell, of Marinette, Larry (Lauri) Christensen, of Menominee, Mark (Janice) Christensen, of Niles, Mi. and Phillip (Chrysta) Christensen, of Escanaba, Mi.; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; a sister, Paula (Satch) Englund, of Menominee and special friend, Richard Groleau, of Menominee, MI.
She was preceded in death by four sisters and three brothers.
Family and friends may call at Anderson Kell Funeral Home on Thursday, Sept. 4 after 4 p.m. until time of a Prayer Service at 7 p.m. with Fr. Mark McQuesten officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Peshtigo on Friday, Sept. 5 at 10 am.
