Matthew G. Strojny
Matthew G. Boner Strojny, 33, Oconto Falls, formerly of Suamico, passed away Monday, Sept. 1.
Born March 25, 1981 in Marinette to Gary and Patricia A. (Kasal) Strojny, he graduated from Bay Port High School in 1999 and worked for Statewide Pallet Company for the past 15 years.
He enjoyed the outdoors and hunting and fishing with his niece and nephews. He took kids on mentor hunts every November for years with his brother, Dave and liked to go mud running to the pipeline.
He is survived by his father and stepmother, Gary Strojny and Lois Skrivanie; two brothers, David Strojny and Douglas Strojny; a niece; nephews, Alicia, Jameson, Clayton; two step-brothers, Cary and Allen and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia; two infant siblings, Adam and Jeanette and his paternal and maternal grandparents.
Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., Green Bay from 4 p.m. until time of a funeral service at 7 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 5. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery in Peshtigo. A memorial fund has been established in his name.
