THE CITY REBORN FROM THE ASHES OF AMERICA'S MOST DISASTROUS FOREST FIRE
Sonny Seymour To Mark Third Birthday
Sonny Seymour of Coleman will mark his third birthday on Wednesday, April 26. He has not had any major changes since he was first diagnosed at 6 months old with Wieacker Wolff Syndrome at Children's Hospital in Milwaukee. He is the only one with this syndrome in the U.S. There were 15 other cases, all boys, and they are deceased.
The syndrome weakens the muscles in the entire body. He has difficulty seeing things, has poor tongue muscle, respiratory issues and brain abnormalities.
He has enrolled in the Coleman School District and will begin next year. He recently got a wheelchair ramp to make his mobility easier.
The family thanks everyone who helped him in anyway during his three years.
