Donna Belle Gropp
Donna Belle (Morford) Gropp, 88, of Park Falls, passed away Friday, April 14 at The Waterford of Park Falls assisted living facility.
Born Nov. 20, 1928 in Bemidji, Mn., to the late Charles and Dorothy (Harris) Morford, she and her husband owned and operated the Amberg Pub for seven years. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, gardening, being the life of the party. and will be missed.
She is survived by five children, Gary (Carolyn) Gropp, Judith (Allen) Pritzl, Kathleen White, Deborah (Jim) Lake and Kelly Gropp; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and four sisters, Mildred (Ted) Masters, Opal Smetak, Bonnie Wartgow and Carol (Lynn) Fischer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph; two daughters, JoAnne Gropp and Vickie Kerley and siblings, Florence, Viola, Patricia, Herbert and Marjorie.
Family and friends called at Roubal Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 19 from 10 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Pastor Don Landwehr officiated with interment in the Amberg Cemetery. Roubal Funeral Home of Wausaukee assisted the family with arrangements.
