David Dale Jaeger, 86, of Dunbar, passed away Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017 at his home.
Born Aug. 9, 1931 in West Allis, to the late Robert and Barbara Jaeger, he retired from Froedert Malt working as a yardman for over 30 years.
He married Janice Switalski in 1966 and she preceded him in death on March 16, 2013. A member of Northwoods Church, he belonged to AA for many years.
He is survived by three children, Diana (Charles) Matranga, David (Mary) Jaeger and Dale (Linda) Jaeger; grandchildren; great-grandchildren and many nieces; nephews and friends.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Arnold, Raymond, Roy and Norman and a sister, Carol.
A Memorial Service was held at Northwoods Church in Pembine on Saturday, Sept. 16 at 11 a.m., followed by a small luncheon. Erickson Rochon and Nash Funeral Home of Iron Mountain assisted the family with arrangements.
