Lenard Eugene Wagner, 89, of Menominee, Mi., passed away Monday, Nov. 6, 2017 at home.
Born Aug. 2, 1928 in Holcomb, he married Aleatha Green who along with their three children preceded him in death in a tragic car accident.
On Feb. 14, 1986, he married Dottie Schumann in Milwaukee and worked as a certified welder for Briggs and Stratton in Milwaukee where he was Union President for three years.
He was a good story teller and loved life, adventure, his family and the outdoors.
Survivors include his wife, Dottie; four children, Rich (Karen) Young, Randy Young, Renee (Fred) Haberland and Wendy Wagner; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
Family will receive friends at the Country Bible Church in Wallace on Saturday, Nov. 11 from noon until time of a Memorial Service at 12:30 p.m. with her son-in-law, Pastor Fred Haberland officiating, followed by a luncheon. Anderson Kell Funeral Home of Menominee is assisting the family with arrangements.
