Bernard "Bernie" Pranica, 68, of Sobieski, passed away Thursday, Nov. 23, 2017.
Born Aug. 10, 1949, to the late John and Chesterine Pranica, he graduated from Oconto Falls High School in 1967. He joined the Air Force and was a Staff Sergeant until an honorable discharge in 1971. He then worked at Hudson Sharp for 30 years until retiring in 2004.
He married the love of his life, KerryLynn (Storey) on Dec. 3, 1977 and they were married for 39 years. He had a passion for restoring antiques including cars, jukeboxes, radios, tractors, air streams, stoves and refrigerators. He loved Jesus, his home and Saturday night parties.
He is survived by his wife, KerryLynn; two brothers, Alan (Valerie) and John (Becky) Pranica; three sisters, Alice Le Duc, Renee (Dennis) Heikkila and Susan Forrest and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Pranica.
The family will greet relatives and friends at Rhodes Charapata Funeral Home in Oconto on Monday, Dec. 4 from 9 a.m. until time of the service at 11 a.m., with Deacon Mark Mullins officiating.
