Sandra (Kohlmeier) Rust, 76, of Beecher, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, Nov. 30, 2017 at home.
Born Aug. 8, 1941 in Manitowoc, to the late Elmer and Agnes (Mueller) Kohlmeier, she was raised in Manitowoc and attended school there. On Jan. 17, 1959, she married Burdelle Rust and they lived in Two Rivers until moving to Racine.
She worked at Howard Industries and later moved to Fond du Lac where she worked at Wells Manufacturing for many years. In 2001 they moved to Pembine.
She enjoyed scrapbooking, ATV riding, playing computer games, volunteering at school and time with her grandchildren and family.
She is survived by her husband, Burdelle; two sons, Donald and Todd Rust; two daughters, Kim (Wayne Julka) Culver and Jodi Ori; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Including her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Eugene and a foster daughter, Lolly.
Family and friends called at Grace Lutheran Church in Pembine on Sunday, Dec. 3 from 1 p.m. until time of the funeral service at 2 p.m., officiated by Pastor Gene Wickman. Memorials can be made to Fortune Lake in her name. Roubal Funeral Home of Wausaukee assisted the family with arrangements.
