Norbert S. Kabacinski, 91, of Middle Inlet, passed away Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017 at NEWCare Convalescent Center in Crivitz.
Born July 30, 1926 in Crivitz, to the late Jacob and Eva (Ostrenga) Kabacinski, he married the former Delores Ledvina on June 18, 1955. He worked at Patrick Cudahy 40 years.
In 2000 they retired to Middle Inlet. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, yard work and listening and watching his favorite sports teams, but especially bird watching. In his younger years, they loved Polka music and dancing.
He is survived by his wife, Delores; two children, Norbert (Cindy) Kabacinski of Colorado and Gail (Jeff) Bourassa of Milwaukee; five grandchildren; three siblings, Chester Kabacinski, Bernice Koza and Irene Piwowarczyk and many extended family and friends.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by five siblings, Rose, Mike, Tony, Alvina and Agnes.
Family and friends called St. Augustine Catholic Church in Wausaukee on Tuesday, Dec. 12 from 10 a.m. until time of a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Fr. John Hephner officiated with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Roubal Funeral Home of Wausaukee assisted the family with arrangements.
