Kathleen A. Conklin, 60, of Menominee, Mi., passed away Monday, Jan. 8, 2018 at Atrium Acute Care.
Born March 19, 1957 in Menominee, to the late Daniel and Betty (Jacobson) Homa, she graduated from Menominee High School in 1975 and worked at Emerson Electric for many years until her illness.
She enjoyed cross stitching, reading, volunteering at Central Elementary School, shopping, Porterfield Country Music Festival and trips with her daughter to concerts. A member of Bethel Lutheran Church, she also belonged to the North Country Kickers.
She is survived by a son, Jered Hubbard of Oklahoma City, Ok.; a daughter, Nicole Conklin of Marinette; a sister, Nancy (Brian) Parr of Pembine; a brother, Jim Homa of Marinette and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at Cadieu Thielen Funeral Home in Menominee on Saturday, Jan. 13 from 5 p.m. until time of the funeral services at 6 p.m., with burial in Amberg.
