Joint Coleman Pound Municipal Court Activity
In the Joint Municipal Court Village of Coleman and Town of Pound, guilty of speeding were William McDonnell Jr, 72, Franklin, fined $124 for 16-19 mph over; David Washuleski, 32, Coleman, fined $174.40 for 25-29 mph over.
Jacobo Sosorbe, 28, Pound, was fined $149.20 for speeding 20-24 mph over and an additional $250 for operating after suspension and was given instruction on securing a license immediately. Gian Daroach, 61, was found guilty of disorderly conduct with a motor vehicle. Megan Houle, 32, Wausaukee, was fined $124 for speeding 16-19 mph over and an additional $98.80 for non-registration of auto.
Three juveniles were found guilty of theft, each fined $31. Two were given additional court sanctions. The third has pending additional court sanctions.
Three just cause hearings were held with a fourth in February. Two cases resulted in payment plans. The defendant did not appear in the last hearing and therefore a warrant has been issued for Michele Heller, 60, Crivitz, in the amount of $457.50 for issuing worthless checks. Heller was also issued a contempt of court citation in the amount of $124 for which there will be a hearing Feb. 14.
