Sharen Kay (Burtts) Baxter, 62, of Menominee, Mi., passed away Wednesday, April 18, 2018.
Born Oct. 22, 1955 in Spokane, Wa., to the late Lawrence and Joyce (Westbrook) Burtts, she married David Baxter on June 14, 1974 in Menominee and worked at Accent Building Maintenance.
A friend of Bethel Mission Covenant Church in Wallace, Mi., she had a heart of gold and was a friendly person.
She enjoyed camping, crocheting, gardening and feeding and watching the birds, but mostly loved being with family, especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, David; three daughters, Heaven (Cameron) Schmidt of Marinette and Angel Baxter and Melissa Baxter, both of Menominee; six grandchildren; a sister, Cindy (Chrisman) Radmer of Marinette; two brothers, Terry Jo Burtts of Green Bay and Randy (Heather) Burtts of Pound and two special friends, Kathy Saunier and Aileen LaComb.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Robert Burtts and Todd Radmer and a grandson, Lukeus.
Visitation will be held at Bethel Mission Covenant Church in Wallace, Mi. on Wednesday, April 25 from 4 p.m. until time of a Memorial Service at 5 p.m., with Rev. Mark Johnson officiating. Anderson Kell Funeral Home of Menominee is assisting the family with arrangements.
